I sit here staring at my treadmill. Tomorrow.....Monday morning......we will meet again after many long months of estrangement. Hope "he" is kind to me. Gonna try the run one minute/walk four minutes plan. I'll let you know how my "run" goes.
I'm trying to think of a name for my trusty old treadmill. Got any suggestions???

I like Rev. Run (from Run DMC). While I don't agree with all of his teachings, I think it's a great name for a treadmill. Or...you could keep with the family theme and name it Tokyo if made in Japan or Beijing if made in China...just a few of my ideas.
