2 Months!

London had her 2-month check-up yesterday. She's now 11 1/2 lbs. and 22" long. Dr. Eidson said she's doing great! (She'll be 10 weeks old on Monday. WOW!)

I mentioned our sleeping struggles and the fact that she wants to be held ALL the time. He gave me clearance to start the whole "sleep training" thing. You know.....do the usual bedtime routine and then put them to bed almost asleep (but still awake). That usually results in a little (or a lot of) crying, so you keep checking on baby at 5 min, 10 min, etc. until they are asleep. UGH! We had to do this with Boston, too....it's so hard to hear them cry. But Dr. looked at me and said, "Amy, she HAS to learn. It's okay for her to cry." I know he's right, but it's hard to hear her cry. It's hard for Boston too...........he starts screaming, "Baby NEEDS paci!!!!!!" :0)
